The Hollywood Police Department is spending up to $1 million over a two-year period to purchase 60 Flock Safety automated license plate readers as of September 2024. Prior to the purchase, the agency had 20 ALPRs installed across Hollywood. The agency has used automated license plate readers since 2016.
